Kevin Leese Mannix is an American politician and attorney currently serving as a member of the Oregon House of Representatives from the 21st district representing Keizer and parts of Salem. A member of the Republican Party, he served as chairman of the Oregon Republican Party from 2003 to 2005, and was the Republican nominee for Attorney General in 2000, and Governor in 2002.
